Bunnies and Snowmen?
I made this cute little bunny today.
She just adores the Snowman I made a few days ago.
I have to say they look quite cute together in their coordinating colors.
I used the same wool I used to make the bunny dress to spin into yarn for the snowman hat and scarf. It is so bright and cheerful, I love it.
“I just love you Mr. Snowman!”

Felting 101
So how do these soft fluffy fibers turn into something as solid and dense as felt fabric? Wool fibers have tiny crimps all along their length. This is what allows them to wrap around each other and hold tight during spinning in order to make yarn. These crimps also allow them to become hopelessly tangled among each other in order to create felt. The tricky part is getting it to turn into the shape you want!
