I hope you had a lovely and restorative Thanksgiving filled with gratitude! At Bear Creek, I certainly said a word of thanks for all the creative and industrious people in my life.
Now that it’s Black Friday, we’re officially knee-deep in the holiday season. The name seems a bit ominous, but it merely refers to the increased revenue that can help businesses get their books “in the black.” For many people, it’s a day to score some deals.

I often find that after I take a day like Thanksgiving to practice gratitude and relax with loved ones, my creative juices start flowing even more. When we let our minds and bodies rest, it becomes easier to express ourselves artistically — especially during the crafty and cozy holiday season!
