At Bear Creek Felting, we’re ringing in the New Year with anticipation and gratitude. After an amazing year where it seemed that miracle after miracle happened, we’re over the moon excited to see what is going to happen in 2023.
The past year has been a mixture of trials and joys as well as setbacks and successes. Overall, it’s been a year of abundance plus lots and lots of fun. You’d better believe we’re ready to do it again! Are you?
Do you remember back when we encouraged everyone to choose learning needle felting as their New Years resolution? Well, you showed up and delivered, increasing our clientele and our students in droves! We’ve been go-go-going ever since, bringing you new and exciting patterns, courses, and events to help encourage you in your craft. Oh, and of course, we can’t forget the needle felting academy!
In 2023, we’re doing it again. This year, we want to challenge you in needle felting. We want to make sure you are inspired to keep honing your skill and creating incredible things. That’s why we have designed a series of challenges, starting with January’s Felt and Finish challenge.
We’ll be encouraging one another along the way as we all choose one item or animal to felt AND finish before the end of the month. It’s the perfect way to ring in the new year, enter the season of renewal and joy, and to embrace the craft of needle felting.
If you’re thinking of joining us, you might want to pop on over to the Bear Creek Felting store and find an animal or other item that you’d like to make. Don’t forget, you can also order all of the supplies you need directly from the shop to get started needle felting. If you’re new to the craft, you need to refill your supplies, or you’re just looking for a simple kit in order to join the challenge, we have exactly what you need.
