By visiting this website, making a purchase, or enrolling in the Bear Creek Needle Felting Academy, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of this site and do not proceed with a purchase.

1. Payments

Bear Creek Needle Felting Academy

The Academy is a subscription membership. Payments are processed automatically on the schedule selected at purchase (monthly or yearly) through your chosen payment method.

Physical Goods & Digital Products

All other products are charged in full at the time of purchase.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize WoolCo, LLC dba Bear Creek Felting to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order.

2. Refund Policy

Physical Goods

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations under the following conditions:

  • Contact me within 3 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within 7 days of delivery

  • Request cancellations within 1 hour of purchase

Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Buyer is responsible for any loss in value due to improper handling or damage.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are final sale and cannot be refunded unless they arrive corrupted or inaccessible.

3. Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. WoolCo, LLC is not responsible for customs delays or fees.

4. Academy Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because the Academy is a digital subscription that includes immediate access to downloadable materials, courses, and community resources, all payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation Terms

  • Members may cancel future payments at any time by submitting the official cancellation form.

  • Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before the next billing date to guarantee stopping the next charge.

  • The billing system is automated, but cancellations are processed manually.

  • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for monthly or annual plans.

After Cancellation

  • Access to Academy courses, community, files, and benefits ends once the cancellation is processed.

  • If you rejoin later, you will be charged the current membership rate, regardless of prior discounts.

5. Coupon & Discount Policy

Academy Member Discount

  • 15% off wool, kits, needle holders, and select supplies.

  • Automatically applied when logged in.

  • Cannot be combined with coupons or other promotional discounts.

  • Excludes items already on sale or with special pricing.

Coupons & Promotional Codes

  • Only one coupon can be used per order.

  • Coupons do not stack with Academy discounts.

  • Coupons may exclude certain products, as noted on product pages.

  • Coupons cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

Sale Events

During sales and promotions, customers automatically receive the best applicable price.
Academy discounts and coupons do not stack on top of sale pricing.

First-Order Coupon

The 10% new customer coupon may be used once but cannot be combined with Academy discounts.

6. Intellectual Property

Bear Creek Felting Content

All website content—including text, videos, patterns, photos, images, PDF instructions, courses, product descriptions, and downloadable files—is the exclusive property of WoolCo, LLC dba Bear Creek Felting and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute any digital patterns or Academy content

  • Reproduce or republish course videos or instructional materials

  • Sell finished items using copyrighted Bear Creek Felting patterns without permission

  • Use branding, trademarks, or imagery without written consent

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for personal use only.

User-Submitted Content

By posting in the Academy community, forums, groups, or submitting testimonials, you grant WoolCo, LLC a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that content for business purposes including marketing, testimonials, and educational examples.

7. Community Guidelines & Moderation

Users agree not to:

  • Post unlawful, threatening, defamatory, abusive, or harassing content

  • Share copyrighted materials they do not own

  • Impersonate another person

  • Advertise or solicit business

  • Share login access or Academy materials with non-members

  • Engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior

WoolCo, LLC reserves the right to remove any content, suspend access, or terminate accounts at its discretion without refund for violations of these terms.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

No Warranty

All materials and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” WoolCo, LLC makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Uninterrupted access

  • Error-free operation

  • Achieving particular results or skill outcomes

  • The accuracy of user-generated content

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WoolCo, LLC dba Bear Creek Felting shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of revenue, data, or profits

  • Injury resulting from needle felting tools or materials

  • Issues caused by shipping delays or postal services

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the website and services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WoolCo, LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, legal fees, or losses arising from:

  • Your use of the website or Academy

  • Your violation of these terms

  • Your misuse of tutorials, tools, or materials

  • Any content or conduct you contribute

10. Prohibition on Data Mining & Unauthorized Access

Users may not:

  • Data scrape, harvest emails, or extract content

  • Share account access or login credentials

  • Use automation or bots to access the site

  • Attempt to replicate or reverse engineer website functionality

Violation may result in account termination without refund.

11. Age Requirement

This website and the Academy are intended for adults aged 18 and older.

12. Changes to Terms

WoolCo, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or Academy after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
