Do I need to know how to knit, crochet or sew?
No, needle felting is a technique all it’s own. The instructions and pictures cover everything you need to know.
How big will the finished dragon be?
Depending on how firmly it is felted the dragon will be about 2 inches tall.
Is this kit for kids?
The kit does contain sharp needles and does require patience. Their ability to complete this kit depends on the child. 7 year olds have completed my kits with adult supervision.
What supplies will I need?
You will need a sharp scissor, needle and thread. The eyes are sewed into place with needle and thread. Everything else is included in the kit along with high quality color photos.
What kind of wool is in the kit?
The kit contains Romney wool from our flock of sheep. High quality wool perfect for felting dyed right here on our farm by me. 🙂
