Refund and Cancellation Policy for Bear Creek Felting
Returns
- Duration: Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges are not available.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging. Skeins of yarn must not be opened.
- Non-returnable items: Gift cards and downloadable software products such as patterns.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few days.
- Refund amount will be less the shipping charge required to return the item, if applicable.

- Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same item.
