    I was so happy with the results of my giraffe using this kit. Had originally tried to use light brown wool I had at home, but did not like the look of it. Also tried using my own wire for the legs, but wire was “slippery”. The wire in the kit for the legs seems to
    be “slip-proof” (maybe it is galvanized?). I did run out of the dark brown for the spots
    and mane, and wanted to order more. However, Teresa immediately sent more
    brown wool free of charge so I could finish in time for Christmas. The Romney wool
    included in the kits felts easier than other types I have tried. After trying many
    different kinds of wool and needles, I have always been more than happy with my
    purchases from Bear Creek Academy.
