Refund and Cancellation Policy for Bear Creek Felting

Duration: Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges are not available.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging. Skeins of yarn must not be opened.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards and downloadable software products such as patterns.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Refund amount will be less the shipping charge required to return the item, if applicable.

Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same item.

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
