Scottish Highlander Sculpture #2

A Scottish HIghlander made out of wool using the art of needle felting. This is my 2nd needle felted Scottish Highlander. Days were spent sculpting this cow and I have been sharing the pictures of the process on Instagram. You can find pictures on my website as well. She was made while looking at pictures of live cows that I have taken over the years or found on the internet. Much attention is spent on character and expression.

Measures 6 inches tall and a little over 10 inches long. She is made with Romney wool from our sheep and Suri Alpaca wool purchased from a friend. 

She has glass eyes and wire in her legs and is felted very solidly.
